Terms of Service

By using TimeWave you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TimeWave provides time tracking, task and project management, analytics and a knowledge base for teams. We may change or add functionality over time.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing members and their access.

Don’t use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits and API-key scopes.

Plans with different limits are available. Payment integration is not live yet; billing terms will be added when it launches. The platform operator may change an organization’s plan.

You own the content you upload (tasks, documents, files). You grant us the right to store and process it solely to operate the service.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee zero downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Please export important data regularly.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to the courts at the service operator’s location, unless mandatory provisions of Russian law provide otherwise.
